52 Blessings of Temple Attendance

May we all be like the temple – peaceful, calm and stately on the outside but exploding with good works and spirituality on the inside.
The blessings of the temple are as wide as eternity:
– Come forth, armed with power
– A place of purity, love, and reflection
– You will be caught up to meet the Lord
– A place where sacred prayers ascend heavenly
– Scattered Israel will gather to Zion’s temple
– A place where the spirit of revelation is magnified
– The temple testifies of an after-life
– A place of additional knowledge and insights about the plan of salvation
– A place where one can envision the solemnities of eternity
– The Lord’s people are gathered there
– A place where wonderful promises are made to the saints
– The Lord’s name is upon you and His glory is round about you
– The pure in heart shall see god
– Priesthood power is given there
– As you leave, angels have charge over you
– The only place, after which, your children are born “in the covenant”
– You learn truth, and rejoice
– The saints’ families are remembered by the Lord
– You learn more about Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ
– You make promises, and so does Deity
– The Lord’s truth goes to the earth from the temple
– Temples are an evidence of the divinity of the Lord’s work
– Temples show us an example so we can make our chapels and homes like temples
